The President can NOT have Conflicts of Interest
I will work on a bill that would seek bipartisan approval to create a law that establishes in clear terms that the President of the United States must be free of conflicts of interests under the the same provisions as any and all cabinet officials. No President is above the rule of law in this nation, and our founders enshrined this ideal under the Emoluments Act, and we will solidify it with this bill!
